Werk je graag aan uitdagende renovatie-, mutatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in de regio Rotterdam, en wil je de ruimte krijgen om echt impact te maken met innovatieve technieken? Vragen? Neem contact op met Joey Houweling Wat je doet als Werkvoorbereider renovatie & verduurzaming Als werkvoorbereider renovatie & verduurzaming ben je de spil in het web van onze projecten in de regio Rotterdam. Waar traditionele nieuwbouw stopt, begint jouw uitdaging. Je houdt je namelijk bezig met het verduurzamen, renoveren en onderhouden van vastgoed in bewoonde staat en het vlottrekken van mutatiewoningen. Dit vraagt om een unieke aanpak. Je bent niet alleen technisch en organisatorisch ijzersterk, maar je begrijpt ook dat er achter elke voordeur een bewoner zit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de bewonerscommunicatie vlekkeloos verloopt, dat materialen just-in-time op de locatie in Rotterdam worden geleverd om overlast te minimaliseren, en dat onze vakmensen buiten precies weten wat hen te doen staat. Van het opstellen van de planningen tot de inkoop en het bewaken van de budgetten: jij hebt de touwtjes stevig in handen. Wat ga je doen? - Jetrekt de complete technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van renovatie-, mutatierandjes en verduurzamingsprojecten. - Je stelt strakke uitvoeringsplanningen op en zorgt voor een feilloze logistieke stroom, wat cruciaal is bij het werken in bewoonde wijken. - Je koopt materialen en diensten in en maakt heldere afspraken met onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Indien nodig schakel je snel bij spoedeisende schadeherstelprojecten of mutaties, waarbij je zorgt voor een snelle en efficiënte start van de werkzaamheden. - Je vormt een hecht team met de Projectleider, de Uitvoerder en de bewonersconsulent...
