Als werkvoorbereider renovatie zet jij, uiteraard samen met het team, jouw expertise in om bestaande gebouwen toekomstbestendig te maken, zonder deze hun historische waarde te laten verliezen. Tot jouw taken behoren o.a. de technische werkvoorbereiding, bepalen van de haalbaarheid van een project, opstellen van planningen en breng jij de financiële haalbaarheid in kaart, die je vervolgens voorlegt aan de vestigingsdirectie. Je denkt altijd in oplossingen en dit vraagt een stuk creativiteit van je. Je hebt een passie voor historische panden en bent in staat technische en constructieve kansen en risico's te herkennen. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en enthousiasme schakel jij snel en makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen en lever je een toegevoegde waarde aan ieder project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde MBO of HBO Bouwkundige opleiding; - Minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Ervaring of grote affiniteit met historische panden; - Je bent bekend met BIM; - Je bent een echte teamplayer; - Je bent innovatief en denkt graag mee; Functieoverzicht .
