Als Werkvoorbereider Service ben jij de spil in het serviceproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat servicemonteurs perfect voorbereid op pad gaan en dat klanten tijdig en correct worden geïnformeerd. Je plant onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bereidt storingsopdrachten voor en bewaakt de voortgang van lopende projecten. Daarnaast onderhoud je intensief contact met klanten over planning, verwachtingen en eventuele knelpunten. Je werkt nauw samen met de planner, projectleiders en de technische dienst om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen. In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met organisatorisch inzicht. Je begrijpt wat er op een werklocatie komt kijken en vertaalt dit naar heldere werkopdrachten. Je anticipeert op mogelijke complicaties en schakelt proactief met betrokken partijen. Door jouw voorbereiding kunnen monteurs efficiënt werken en worden klanten optimaal ontzorgd. Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de serviceafdeling en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Voorbereiden van service- en onderhoudsopdrachten voor monteurs; - Plannen van werkzaamheden in overleg met klanten en collega's; - Bestellen van benodigde materialen en reserveonderdelen; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten over planning en voortgang; - Bewaken van deadlines en prioriteiten binnen de serviceafdeling; - Registreren van werkzaamheden in het digitale systeem; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen en werkwijzen; - Ondersteunen van monteurs met technische informatie en documentatie.
