Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel tussen vraag, voorraad en productie, en zorgt dat elk onderdeel klopt vóór het de werkvloer op gaat. - Je beheert werkorders en bewaakt de voortgang van maintenance en repair. - Je analyseert aanvragen, bepaalt urgentie en zoekt passende oplossingen als onderdelen niet meer leverbaar zijn. - Je stemt af met productie, verkoop, kantoor en leveranciers. - Je vult voorraden aan en houdt deze op peil. - Je stelt offertes op en vertaalt technische vragen naar duidelijke acties. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kantoor en werkplaats dicht op elkaar zitten. Daardoor kun je snel schakelen, meedenken en echt het verschil maken. Met jouw initiatief, nauwkeurigheid en resultaatgerichte aanpak houd jij het proces strak en de klant goed geholpen. Functie-eisen Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in werkvoorbereiding binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving. Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin plannen, organiseren en afstemmen samenkomen, en je weet overzicht te houden wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt. - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, voorraadbeheer of spare parts is een sterke pre. - Je communiceert helder met collega's, klanten en leveranciers, ook in het Engels. - Je werkt zorgvuldig, denkt in oplossingen en vraagt door als iets niet klopt. - Je toont eigenaarschap, overtuigt waar nodig en houdt focus op een goed resultaat. Je leert snel in de praktijk, pakt verantwoordelijkheid en beweegt soepel mee tussen priorite...
