The posting

Als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan verschillende bouwprojecten, zoals woningbouw, nieuwbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid en dat de uitvoering volgens planning kan verlopen. Samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder bewaak je de voortgang van het project. Je controleert tekeningen, vraagt offertes op, stemt af met leveranciers en zorgt dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast controleer je de kosten en houd je rekening met de gemaakte afspraken. Wat ga je doen?Als Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en coördinatie van materialen op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen tijdig en in de juiste hoeveelheden worden besteld en geleverd. Daarnaast houd je contact met leveranciers en subcontractors om de voortgang van leveringen te waarborgen. Ook maak je rapportages en verslagen om de status van projecten inzichtelijk te houden. Door jouw organisatorische talenten zorg je ervoor dat de projecten efficiënt verlopen. Als Werkvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel in het team, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de succesvolle uitvoering van projecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Jouw werkzaamheden - Vaststellen van klantwensen en vertalen naar een realistische planning; Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de projectplanning en voorbereiding; Controleren van tekeningen, berekeningen en documenten; Aanvragen, beoordelen en verwerken van offertes; Uitvoeren van inkoopwerkzaamheden en beheren van het inkoopdossier; Controleren op afspraken met onderaannemers; Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden voor de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Wat heb jij in huis? Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde; Basiservaring als werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare bouwkundige functie is een pré; Kennis van AutoCAD, Revit en MS Office; Communicatief sterk en gericht op samenwerking; Goed kunnen plannen en prioriteiten stellen; Zelfstandig, maar je vraagt hulp als dat nodig is.
