Als werkvoorbereider bij deze opdrachtgever ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en inkoop van het project, zodat deze probleemloos verloopt. Dit doe je vanzelfsprekend niet alleen; samen met jouw projectteam, collega's én de vaste partners zorg jij voor een goede basis van het project. Daarnaast ben jij deels verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van de verschillende projecten. Mocht er bijgestuurd moeten worden bij het project? Geen probleem voor jou! Alles om het bouwproces zo efficiënt te kunnen laten verlopen. Voor elk succesvol project is het van belang alle stakeholders te overtuigen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over het diploma hbo bouwkunde; - Je hebt meerdere jaren werkervaring als werkvoorbereider; - Je hebt kennis van werken met BIM; - Je bent proactief en klant- en resultaatgericht; - Je bent bekend met Revit; - Kennis van Newforma en Navision is een pré.
