Functieomschrijving In de rol van Werkvoorbereider Utiliteitsbouw vervul je een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding, monitoring en succesvolle afronding van uitdagende bouwprojecten. Jouw ervaring en inzicht zorgen ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt en dat het team optimaal kan presteren. - Het maken en bewaken van planningen en budgetten; - Coördineren van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Zorgdragen voor de inkoop en kwaliteitscontrole van materialen; - Knelpunten signaleren en oplossingen aandragen van problemen; - Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders en uitvoerders voor soepele projectuitvoering. - Veel mogelijkheden voor interne doorgroei naar senior posities; - Volg trainingen en cursussen die gericht zijn op jouw professionele ontwikkeling.
