Voor een sterk groeiend familiaal bedrijf in het hartje van West-Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider.

Jobomschrijving

Als werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol bij het omzetten van geplande technische werkzaamheden naar uitvoeringsklare opdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken optimaal verlopen door het plannen en coördineren van de benodigde resources en het samenwerken met alle betrokken partijen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Voorbereiding en planning van technische werkzaamheden:

  • Het inschatten van de benodigde tijd, materiaal, personeel en kosten voor de werken, inclusief eventuele voor- en nacalculaties.
  • Het bestellen en reserveren van wisselstukken en zorgen voor het juiste gereedschap en materiaal.
  • Het verstrekken van werkinstructies, tekeningen, afregelingsinstructies, enzovoort.

Veiligheid en kwaliteit:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en zorgen voor de nodige persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) omdat veiligheid voorop staat.
  • Begeleiden van externe leveranciers met duidelijke afspraken rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en duurzaamheid.

Opvolging en evaluatie:

  • Het opvolgen en evalueren van uitgevoerde werken op locatie.
  • Informeren en intern overleggen met alle betrokken interne afdelingen.

Continue verbetering:

  • Actief werken aan het verbeteren van processen en de werking van de afdeling.

Je rapporteert aan de coördinator planning en werkvoorbereiding.

  • Je hebt een Bachelor in Mechanica, Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt een uitgebreide technische kennis en ervaring met machines en onderdelen in een productieomgeving.
  • Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven) en kunt je ook uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden, opvolging, overleg en feedback zijn jouw troeven.
  • Je bent bedreven in MS Office, Outlook en hebt kennis van ApiPro.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen, planmatige aanpak, proactiviteit en resultaatgerichtheid zijn jouw kenmerken.
  • Je bent flexibel en in staat om problemen om te zetten in oplossingen.
  • Je past binnen onze bedrijfscultuur, gekenmerkt door authenticiteit, ambitie, betrokkenheid, gedrevenheid en mensgerichtheid.
