Zoek jij een werkvoorbereidersrol waarin je écht impact maakt op de leefomgeving van mensen? Voor een hechte, middelgrote installateur in Noord-Brabant zoeken we een communicatieve Werkvoorbereider Werktuigbouwkunde. Of het nu gaat om de verduurzaming van bestaande woonwijken, grootschalige renovatie of strakke nieuwbouw: jij zorgt ervoor dat de monteurs buiten precies weten wat ze moeten doen en dat de benodigde W-installaties tijdig op de stoep staan. Neem contact op met Robin Plazier Wat je doet als Werkvoorbereider W (woningbouw & renovatie) Samen met de projectleider en de uitvoerder stuur jij de voorbereidende fase van de woningbouwprojecten: - Je berekent en bestelt de benodigde W-materialen (warmtepompen, ventilatie, sanitair en leidingwerk) en bewaakt de levertijden. - Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt deze en maakt strakke werkschema's. - Je onderhoudt nauw contact met woningcorporaties, hoofdaannemers en soms direct met de bewoners om de planning af te stemmen. - Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk tijdig en borgt de kwaliteit van het voorbereidende werk. Hier herken jij je in Jij overziet de keten, schakelt snel tussen verschillende projecten en bent van nature een echte regelaar. Daarnaast gelden er de volgende functie eisen: - Een afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek - Enkele jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de woningbouw, verduurzaming of renovatie - Ervaring met calculatie- en ERP-software (bijv.
