Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en verbetering en werkt aan uiteenlopende wegenbouwprojecten in de West-Friese regio. Vanuit jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen, en krijg je de kans om met ervaren professionals samen te werken in een dynamische omgeving. Taken omvatten onder andere: onderhouds- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden voorbereiden, afstemming met uitvoerders en ketenpartners, bewaking van beeldkwaliteit volgens CROW-normen, coördinatie van werkzaamheden aan asfalt, verhardingen en verlichting, en bijdragen aan slimme oplossingen en procesverbeteringen. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik jij over gedegen ervaring en expertise binnen werkvoorbereiding en infrastructurele projecten. Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met procesmatig werken. Wij zoeken iemand met: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen wegenbouw of werkvoorbereiding. - Je hebt kennis van contractvormen zoals RAW, UAV-(gc) en Bouwteams; - Het vermogen om snel te schakelen en overzicht te behouden bij complexe situaties. - Een proactieve houding, nauwkeurigheid en een resultaatgerichte mindset.
