Als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan een groot en langdurig infrastructuurproject met veel impact: van wegenbouw en asfalt tot kunstwerken, verkeersmaatregelen en omgevingsmanagement. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. - Je bereidt wegenbouwkundige werkzaamheden en faseringen zorgvuldig voor. - Je stelt werkplannen, planningen en BLVC-documentatie op en toetst deze. - Je coördineert afstemming met uitvoering, ontwerp, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je bewaakt wijzigingen, voortgang en documentatie in onder meer Relatics en SharePoint. - Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en komt met praktische, haalbare oplossingen. In deze rol combineer je overzicht met technische scherpte. Je schakelt dagelijks tussen detail en hoofdlijn, houdt grip op kwaliteit, veiligheid en haalbaarheid en weet collega's en externe partijen mee te nemen in jouw plannen. Met jouw overtuigingskracht, zorgvuldigheid en resultaatgerichte aanpak bouw je mee aan een project dat jaren vooruitkijkt. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een ervaren Werkvoorbereider die structuur brengt, helder communiceert en stevig staat in een complexe projectomgeving. Jij hebt al meerdere jaren ervaring in werkvoorbereiding binnen de aannemerij en kent de praktijk van infrastructuur, verkeersmaatregelen en afstemming met verschillende stakeholders. - 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de civiele techniek of wegenbouw. - Kennis van wegenbouwprocessen, RAW-bestekken en CROW-richtlijnen. - Ervaring met calculeren, hoeveelheden uittrekken en technische documentatie. - B...
