Hier werk je nauw samen met collega's uit andere vakdisciplines elektrotechniek en bouwkunde. De samenstelling van je team kan per project verschillen, omdat ze altijd de juiste mensen op de juiste plek willen inzetten. Zo leer je al snel verschillende collega's kennen. De onderlinge sfeer is aangenaam en professioneel. Jullie hebben veel contact en zijn gedreven in het werk. En hoewel jullie onderdeel zijn van een groot bedrijf, herken je op de werkvloer de oorsprong van een familiebedrijf. Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider werktuigbouwkunde voor de afdeling projecten zal je een afwisselende functie hebben. De ene keer ontwerp en coördineer je werktuigbouwkunde aanpassingen voor een indelingswijziging en vervolgens regel je een uitbreiding van het luchtbehandelingssysteem of de aanleg daarvan. Jij coördineert het hele traject, van de klantvraag tot en met de oplevering. Dat doe je in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's van andere disciplines, zoals elektrotechniek en bouwkunde. Functie-eisen Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de drive om de projecten tot in de puntjes voor te bereiden. Je doel is de klant te ontzorgen en daarom denk je twee stappen vooruit. Je wilt blijven ontwikkelen, houdt ervan snel te schakelen en kan goed het overzicht behouden. Oplossingsgerichtheid, zelfstandig en klantvriendelijk zijn eigenschappen die bij jou passen. Je houdt ervan de spin in het web te zijn en hebt communicatieve vaardigheden om met iedereen een goed gesprek te voeren en te snappen wat er gevraagd wordt. Verder heb je: - Mbo-4- of hbo-niveau met een opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of soortgelijk. - Ervaring in het werken met projecten en minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring ...
