Werkvoorbereider Werktuigbouwkunde Werktuigbouwkunde Noord-Holland Heemskerk HBO 40 uur per week Als werkvoorbereider werktuigbouwkunde ben je de spin in het web van een project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en voorbereiden van alle middelen die nodig zijn om onze projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Vragen waar jij je mee bezig houdt zijn onder anderen: Is de planning al rond? Is de laatste aanbieding al de deur uit? Is al het benodigde materieel beschikbaar? Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze mensen en materialen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn. Hiervoor heb je veel contact met andere interne collega's zoals de projectleiders en uitvoerders maar ook met externe partijen. In je rol ben je niet uitsluitend aan het werk op kantoor. Vanuit jouw nieuwsgierigheid en passie neem je regelmatig een kijkje buiten op de bouwplaats om te zien of het project verloopt zoals gepland. Wat ga je doen? Het tijdig plannen, kennis en informatie overdragen; Actief onderhouden van contacten en samenwerken met verschillende disciplines binnen en buiten; Berekenen van de kosten; Het beheren van projectgegevens en documenten, alsmede het samenstellen van technisch constructie dossiers; Het treffen van alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor het realiseren van een optimale projectvoortgang; Aanvragen van vergunningen. Wat wij vragen? Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting werktuigbouwkunde; Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol; Kennis van uitvoeringstechnieken en moderne contractvormen; Motivatie om te werken aan een duurzame en circulaire toekomst.
