Als Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw zorg je dat plannen werkelijkheid worden. Je werkt aan projecten in Limburg, krijgt ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ziet jouw voorbereiding dagelijks terug op de bouwplaats. Je bewaakt het overzicht vanaf de eerste voorbereiding tot en met garantie en nazorg. Met jouw technische inzicht, structuur en scherpe blik verbind je ontwerp, inkoop, uitvoering en alle betrokken partners. - Je plant en coördineert voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor één of meerdere woningbouwprojecten. - Je werkt efficiënte, gedetailleerde plannen uit voor tijdige levering van materieel, goederen en diensten. - Je controleert tekeningen op technische afwijkingen en vertaalt informatie helder naar interne en externe betrokkenen. - Je ondersteunt inkoopprocedures en verzamelt gegevens voor garantie, oplevering en nazorg. - Je deelt je werkdag grotendeels zelfstandig in en benut ruimte voor verbetering, creativiteit en innovatie. Functie-eisen Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de woningbouw en weet hoe je voorbereiding, techniek en samenwerking samenbrengt. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook bij meerdere belangen vast aan een haalbaar plan. - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring met woningbouwprojecten. - Technisch inzicht en aantoonbare kennis van bouwkundige processen. - Een analytische werkwijze, met aandacht voor structuur, kwaliteit en details. - Je zoekt actief de samenwerking en werkt gericht toe naar het beste projectresultaat.
