Ervaren Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw & Specials Utrecht € 3.000 - € 5.000 (Maand) Gepubliceerd: 2 dagen geleden Solliciteer nu Favoriet Delen Printen Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerpers (architect/constructeur), uitvoerenden, onderaannemers, leveranciers en de projectadministratie. Je neemt de technische en organisatorische werkvoorbereiding voor nieuwbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten (vaak appartementencomplexen) zelfstandig op. Projectomvang ligt doorgaans tussen circa € 2 tot € 30 miljoen. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Inkoopvoorbereiding: opstellen van kostenramingen voor materialen en diensten van onderaannemers. - Plannen van benodigde capaciteit (mensen, materieel, materiaal). - Opstellen en bewaken van voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsplanningen, zodat (deel)planningen haalbaar zijn. - Regie en coördinatie van uitvoeringsteam, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Regelmatige bezoeken aan de bouwplaats om voortgang te bewaken. - Verwerken en beheren van projectgegevens in bouw- en projectmanagementsoftware (bijv. BIM-systemen en interne administratie-tools). - Waar mogelijk optimaliseren van processen en prijs-kwaliteit afstemming met leveranciers, met oog voor zowel organisatiebelang als eindgebruikers. - Mogelijk aansturen van collega-werkvoorbereiders bij (deels)projecten of onderdelen. Kortom: je bent de onmisbare organisatorische en technische spil in voorbereiding en uitvoering van inkoop tot oplevering.
