Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Werkzeugbautechniker/in Verantwortlichkeiten:

In dieser anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Position bist du gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür verantwortlich, dass die Werkzeuge für unsere Produktion bereitstehen sowie die Qualität unserer Werkzeuge ständig verbessert wird.

Folgende Tätigkeiten zählen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Werkzeugwartungen, Reparaturen und Umbauten

* Zusammenbau von neuen Werkzeugen sowie Änderungen an bestehenden Werkzeugen

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Werkzeuge

* Bedienen von Dreh-, Fräs-, Schleif- und Bohrmaschinen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung, Qualitätssicherung, Messtechnik und Logistik

Wonach wir suchen:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre für Werkzeugbautechnik (von Vorteil) bzw. fundierte Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Kenntnisse in Erodiertechnik und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office/SAP/Excel von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtbetrieb

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken

Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Der Bruttomonatslohn (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.085,59. Eine Überzahlung aufgrund von entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist bei uns gelebte Praxis.
