Wat ga je doen? Als coördinator bij Brood & Spelen zorg jij ervoor dat de middagpauze goed verloopt. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de school en het vrijwilligersteam. Je denkt mee, stemt af en ondersteunt waar nodig, zodat alles soepel verloopt en iedereen prettig kan samenwerken.

Samen met de vrijwilligers zorg je voor een veilige, gezellige en ontspannen pauze, waarin kinderen de ruimte krijgen om te spelen, te bewegen en even op te laden voor de rest van de schooldag.

Jouw taken in het kort: Het ondersteunen en begeleiden van vrijwilligers tijdens de pauzemomenten, evenals het aanwezig zijn op het schoolplein Het maken van een vrijwilligersrooster en het bijhouden van gewerkte uren (licht administratief). Kennismaken met nieuwe vrijwilligers en het voeren van korte gesprekken. Meedenken over activiteiten op het schoolplein en een goede sfeer tijdens de pauze.

Dit bieden wij jou: Een betrokken team met enthousiaste collegas en vrijwilligers. Je ontvangt een uurloon van 15,50 17,50 bruto (afhankelijk van werk en levenservaring). De functie omvat 10 uur per week gedurende 40 schoolweken per jaar. Hoewel je in schoolvakanties niet werkt, wordt je salaris gelijkmatig over 12 maanden uitbetaald. Een functie met veel zelfstandigheid, maar altijd met ondersteuning vanuit Brood & Spelen. Ruimte om te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Een jaarlijks teamuitje. Vakantie tijdens de schoolvakanties. Trainingen op het gebied van communicatie, spelbegeleiding, pedagogiek en veiligheid.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je bent beschikbaar op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag. Tussen 11:30 en 13:30 ben je op school aanwezig; de overige uren kun je zelf indelen. Je bent positief, betrokken en houdt van samenwerken. Je kunt overzicht bewaren en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende taken. Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en spreekt mensen op een fijne manier aan. Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht.
