Als wijkbeheerder ben jij hét gezicht van Havensteder. Je kent de bewoners, de sfeer in de wijk en weet wat er speelt. Met jouw aanwezigheid, aanpak en samenwerking maak je elke dag impact. Wat ga je precies doen? - Je bent dagelijks in de wijk aanwezig en ziet wat er speelt. Zie je iets dat niet schoon, heel of veilig is? Dan onderneem je direct actie. - Je spreekt bewoners aan op ongewenst gedrag en helpt hen waar nodig om weer richting te vinden. - Je onderhoudt contact met bewonerscommissies, huurdersplatforms, gemeente, wijkagenten en andere partners. - Je signaleert overlast, woonfraude of onveilige situaties en schakelt tijdig met collega's of partners. - Je draagt bij aan bewonersoverleggen en informeert bewoners over ontwikkelingen in de wijk. - Je werkt nauw samen met woonconsulenten, huismeesters en andere collega's om de wijk stap voor stap beter te maken. Kortom: jij zorgt dat bewoners zich thuis voelen in hun buurt. Hier herken jij jezelf in We zoeken geen alleskunner, maar iemand met het hart voor de wijk en het lef om aan te pakken. - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding (niveau 4). - Je bent benaderbaar, zichtbaar en maakt gemakkelijk contact. - Je kunt stevig in je schoenen staan wanneer dat nodig is, maar blijft altijd respectvol. - Je werkt graag samen - met collega's én met partners in de wijk. - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen bewoners met uiteenlopende achtergronden en situaties. - Je neemt initiatief en laat pas los als iets écht is afgerond. - Heb je een rijbewijs? Dan is dat handig, maar geen must. - Het belangrijkste: je hebt oprechte interesse in bewoners en vindt het mooi om een wijk elke dag een beetje beter achter te laten.
