Functieomschrijving Wij zoeken een ervaren Windows Server specialist die de on-premises servers migreert naar Windows Server 2025, met minimale verstoring voor de gebruikers. - Servers, rollen, applicaties en afhankelijkheden inventariseren. - Migratieplan en draaiboek opstellen, inclusief planning en terugvalscenario. - Voor elke migratiestap een VMware-snapshot maken, zodat bij problemen direct kan worden teruggegaan naar de vorige situatie. - Serverrollen migreren (o.a. AD DS, DNS, DHCP, file/print, GPO) en applicatiecompatibiliteit controleren. - Veel en direct contact met gebruikers: migratiemomenten afstemmen, de werking na migratie toelichten en vragen oplossen. - Testen met key users, oude servers uitfaseren en documentatie en kennis overdragen aan het IT-team. Profiel - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Windows Server in on-premises omgevingen, inclusief eerdere migraties. - Ervaring met VMware vSphere, waaronder snapshotbeheer. - Sterke kennis van Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy en PowerShell. - Communicatief sterk en klantgericht; legt technische zaken helder uit aan gebruikers. - Zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en hands-on; goede beheersing van het Nederlands. - Pré: Microsoft-certificering (bijv. Windows Server Hybrid Administrator) en kennis van security hardening. Omvang: 2 dagen per week (ca. 18 dagen), dinsdag en donderdag; maandag is eventueel ook mogelijk Locatie: Groenlo Huidige situatie: O n-premises servers op Windows Server 2016 Doelsituatie: Windows Server 2025 Omgeving: Virtuele servers op VMware; terugval via snapshots Periode: 15 oktober 2026 t/m 15 december 2026 (ca. 9 weken) Interesse?
