Wat ga je doen?

Flexibele winkelmedewerker die in een vliegende ploeg verschillende winkels in de regio kust en de Westhoek ondersteunt.

In deze functie help je meerdere winkels binnen een straal van 50 kilometer vlot te draaien. Je werkt volgens een 2-ploegensysteem en bent flexibel inzetbaar tussen 6u45 en 20u30. Je draagt bij aan een aangename winkelervaring voor klanten en ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig.

- Ondersteunen van collega’s om de winkelactiviteiten soepel te laten verlopen - Aanvullen van rekken en zorgen voor een nette presentatie - Correct en snel afrekenen aan de kassa - Controleren van de versheid van groenten en fruit - Bijdragen aan het schoonhouden van de winkel, onder andere met de poetsmachine - Verplaatsen met eigen wagen naar verschillende winkels in de regio Brugge en kust

Je werkt in een ploeg die samen de winkels operationeel houdt en zorgt voor tevreden klanten. Het betreft een vaste aanstelling met onmiddellijke indiensttreding.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar naar takenpakket, locatie en uurrooster.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
  • Je kan nauwkeurig werken: producten rangschikken volgens datum en kassa.

Opleiding: Geen specifieke opleidingsvereisten.

Vakkennis: Een eerste ervaring binnen de retail is een groot pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands.

Attesten: Geen specifieke attesten vereist. Je gaat op de werkvloer leren hoe je met een elektrisch transpalet kan rijden.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Brutoloon: €15.32.
  • Toeslag uren na 18u (ma-vr: 50%, za: 100%).
  • Eindejaarspremie en dubbel vakantiegeld.

  • Sinterklaas-, eindejaars- en geboortegeschenk.
  • Kledijvergoeding: €1 per gewerkte dag.
  • Maaltijdcheques: €8 per gewerkte dag (na 6 mnd anciënniteit, eerste 6 mnd: €3,84).
