Je stelt slimme vragen, luistert goed naar wat de klant écht nodig heeft en gebruikt je productkennis om het perfecte advies te geven. Met jouw enthousiasme loopt iedereen met een glimlach en een goed gevoel de winkel uit. * Klanten blij maken. Met jouw productkennis verkoop je als winkelmedewerker de best passende producten. * Je weet overal de beste oplossing voor, zodat iedere klant de winkel verlaat met een glimlach. * Een fulltime baan of bijbaan waar je processen in de winkel kan verbeteren. Door bijvoorbeeld na te denken over hoe je meer bijverkoop kunt realiseren. * Je vindt het leuk om je als verkoopmedewerker te ontwikkelen door met targets te werken. * Je uurloon ligt tussen de €14,80 en €16,68 bruto per uur. Dat betekent een maandloon van €2.562,- tot €2.891,- op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. * Ieder jaar omhoog in salaris, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding (bij een afstand vanaf 10 km of meer). * Een contract van 7 maanden met vaste uren en 29 vakantiedagen per jaar. * Groeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld naar Senior Winkelmedewerker of Teamleider. * Een fulltime baan of bijbaan die voelt als een feestje met de leukste verkopers van Nederland. * Elk jaar strijd je met je winkelteam om de eretitel 'Beste Coolblue-winkel van Nederland'. * Ongekend goede werksfeer. Met toffe teamuitjes, zoals Mudmasters en epische winkel feestjes. * Korting op alle spullen die we verkopen. * Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands zodat je onze klanten zo goed mogelijk kan helpen. * Tijdens het solliciteren laat je een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag zien.
