Ben jij een enthousiaste verkoper met een passie voor verse producten? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving in Lubbeek waar klantgerichtheid hoog in het vaandel staat? Heb je oog voor detail en zorg je ervoor dat alles in de winkel er perfect uitziet? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

  • Heb jij ervaring in de verkoop, bij voorkeur in de voeding of supermarktsector?
  • Ben je klantvriendelijk en altijd bereid om een helpende hand te bieden?
  • Heb je een flexibele instelling ten opzichte van werkuren, inclusief weekendwerk?

Als verkoopmedewerker groenten en fruit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van producten in de groenten- en fruitafdeling, evenals de zuivelafdeling. Je plaatst bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd binnen is. Je vult de producten aan op jouw afdeling om zo de klant een optimaal aanbod te bieden. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en pas je de FIFO-regels toe om de versheid te waarborgen. Je bewaakt de orde en netheid van jouw afdeling en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over groenten en fruit. Met een glimlach help je hen verder. Tot slot zorg je ervoor dat alles klaar is voor de volgende dag.

Wij zoeken jou als:

Je hebt relevante en stabiele ervaring in de voeding of in een supermarkt. Je bent klantvriendelijk en altijd bereid om een helpende hand te bieden met een lach. Je kunt goed plannen en blijft rustig onder druk. Flexibiliteit in werkuren is voor jou geen probleem, inclusief werken tussen 6 uur en 20 uur en in het weekend. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift, voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten en collega's. Je deelt graag jouw kennis en ervaring met klanten en weet van aanpakken.

  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je kunt anderen enthousiasmeren en motiveert graag jouw team.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat alles er perfect uitziet.
