Voor een gloednieuwe bakkerij in Zulte zoeken we een enthousiaste winkelverantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse werking in goede banen leidt en mee bouwt aan een sterke winkelbeleving.

Wij bieden

  • Voltijdse functie van 38 uur per week..
  • Bruto maandloon tussen € 2.770,71 en € 2.955,55.
  • Maaltijdcheques van € 5 per gewerkte dag.
  • Onkostenvergoeding van € 100 per maand.
  • Feestdagpremie van 150%.
  • Zaterdagpremie van 25%.
  • Zondagpremie van 50%.
  • Bonus volgens cao 90 tot maximaal € 1.000 per jaar.

Wij vragen

  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je kunt een team aansturen en motiveren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol.
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring als winkelverantwoordelijke of leidinggevende is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
