Voor een moderne en klantgerichte supermarkt zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven winkelverantwoordelijke. Je combineert operationeel meewerken op de winkelvloer met het aansturen van het team en het dagelijks beheer van de winkel.Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, klanten en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel dagelijks vlot, correct en efficiënt functioneert. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent, verantwoordelijkheidszin en hands-on mentaliteit creëer je samen met het team een aangename winkelervaring voor elke klant.

Functieomschrijving

  • Teambeheer: het team aansturen, planningen opmaken en nieuwe medewerkers opleiden
  • Winkelbeheer: dagelijkse opvolging van de winkelwerking, controleren en opvolgen van voorraden en zelf meehelpen in de winkel
  • Administratie: producten in het kassasysteem aanmaken en aanpassen, winkelrapporteringen en controles opvolgen
  • Acties en promoties: nationale promoties en commerciële acties opvolgen en implementeren en actief meedenken over optimalisatiemogelijkheden binnen de winkel
  • Een eerste ervaring als (assistent-)winkelverantwoordelijke of een andere leidinggevende functie binnen de retail
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendigheid en oplossingsgerichtheid
  • Goede kennis van computers en digitale systemen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om actief mee te werken in de winkel
  • Natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten
