Voor een interieurwinkel in Overijse zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde winkelverantwoordelijke. Onze klant biedt kwaliteitsverf en technisch advies aan.

Jouw taken:

  • Je staat in voor het dagelijkse beheer en de operationele werking van de winkel.

Je realiseert commerciële doelstellingen en bouwt het lokale klantenbestand en netwerk verder uit.

  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt jouw team zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen.
  • Je creëert een warme en inspirerende winkelbeleving waarbij elke klant zich welkom voelt.
  • Samen met je team adviseer je klanten over kleur, verf en interieurafwerking en help je hen de juiste keuzes maken.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en neemt initiatieven om de prestaties van de winkel verder te versterken.
  • Je werkt mee aan marketing- en promotieacties en ondersteunt deze actief om de zichtbaarheid en verkoop van de winkel te stimuleren.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent creatief en hebt gevoel voor stijl en interieur
  • Je hebt een 1ste ervaring als winkelverantwoordelijke of in het aansturen van medewerkers
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
  • Je bent commercieel aangelegd
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse om je te verdiepen in verf
  • Je bent bereid om elke zaterdag te werken
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk je aandacht vragen.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en ziet kansen om processen, resultaten en klantbeleving continu te verbeteren.
