Zorg met aandacht, afgestemd op en met respect voor de persoonlijke wensen, behoeften en levensstijl van onze bewoners; daar geloven wij in. We hebben ruimte voor een nieuwe woonassistent binnen het team van locatie Hyndendael in Hummelo. Wat ga jij doen? Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht in de huiskamers en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een warme, huiselijke sfeer. Je biedt structuur in de dag van onze bewoners en betrekt hen actief bij dagelijkse activiteiten die aansluiten bij hun tempo en wensen. Vanuit de visie van positieve gezondheid stimuleren we bewoners om zelf te blijven doen wat nog mogelijk is, in plaats van alles uit handen te nemen. - Je brengt een groot deel van jouw dienst door met onze bewoners in en om de huiskamer. Je biedt structuur, creëert rust en maakt contact. - Je bereidt maaltijden en neemt bewoners, waar mogelijk, mee in het proces. Je zorgt voor een prettig eetmoment en helpt bewoners die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij het eten. - Je houdt de huiskamer schoon en opgeruimd. - Je verricht schoonmaak-en huishoudelijke taken in de appartementen van de bewoners. - Je betrekt de bewoners bij alledaagse taken. Denk aan helpen bij het koken, de tafel dekken, kleine huishoudeli...
