Woonbegeleider TOV in Delft (12 uur) Logo TOV Voor TOV (Thuis onder Vrienden) in Delft zijn we op zoek naar een woonbegeleider met hart voor onze jongvolwassen bewoners! Krijg jij als woonbegeleider energie van het werken met jongvolwassen mensen met een verstandelijke beperking? Heb je de kennis, opleiding en visie om hen te begeleiden in een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven? We leren je bij TOV graag kennen! Wat ga je doen? Als woonbegeleider draag je samen met je collega's zorg voor de begeleiding van de bewoners. Je ondersteunt, stuurt (bij) en begeleidt onze bewoners in hun activiteiten. Je vindt het een uitdaging om iedere bewoner op zijn/haar eigen unieke wijze te stimuleren, motiveren. Je hebt hart voor de bewoners en biedt zorg op maat. Je stimuleert wat de bewoner zelf kan maar als het even niet lukt, help je graag. Naast de individuele bewoner heb je ook oog voor de bewoners als groep. Je vindt het leuk om naast het individuele contact ook de bewoners als groep te begeleiden en hebt hierbij oog voor groepsdynamiek. Jouw nieuwe werkplek: De 10 bewoners van TOV hebben een verstandelijke beperking en zijn tussen de 20 en 38 jaar. Ze zijn redelijk zelfstandig, hebben werk of dagbesteding buitenshuis en een eigen sociaal netwerk. TOV is een ouderinitiatief: opgericht door ouders. De ouders zijn blijvend betrokken bij de zorg van hun kinderen. Samenwerking met ouders is essentieel in je werk. Tijdens de sollicitatie zul je naast bewoners en collega-begeleiders ook ouders ontmoeten. Zij zijn onderdeel van de TOV gemeenschap. Het TOV-huis staat in het centrum van Delft, op loopafstand van het station. Voor de dagelijkse begeleiding en ondersteuning van de bewoners is er een klein vast team van professionals.
