Bij woonlocatie De Noord, vlak bij Huizen, begeleid je volwassenen met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking. Je werkt zelfstandig en in een betrokken team, stimuleert de eigen regie van bewoners en maakt iedere dag het verschil. Zoek jij een betekenisvolle baan in de zorg? Lees dan verder en solliciteer! Jouw functie Je begeleidt 9 volwassen bewoners met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking in hun dagelijks leven. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van samen koken tot een wandeling of een goed gesprek. Je werkt zelfstandig én in een hecht team. Er is een gezamenlijke woon- en eetkamer met keuken, waar bewoners elkaar kunnen ontmoeten. Bewoners zijn vrij om zelf te bepalen of zij gezamenlijk eten of in hun eigen appartement. Je hebt oog voor de wensen en behoeften van bewoners en biedt begeleiding die aansluit bij wie zij zijn. Bij het verlenen van de zorg gaan we uit van de vragen, wensen, mogelijkheden en levenssfeer van de bewoners en hun naasten. Daarbij moedig je bewoners aan om zoveel mogelijk zelf keuzes te maken en mee te denken over hun daginvulling. Persoonlijke aandacht staat hierbij centraal. We vinden het belangrijk dat bewoners zich thuis voelen in een warme en gezellige, huiselijke omgeving, waar aandacht is voor elkaar en waar goede zorg op maat wordt geboden. Dankzij de 24-uurs begeleiding is geen werkdag hetzelfde. Je werkt afwisselende diensten, waaronder slaapdiensten, en ondersteunt bewoners op verschillende momenten van de dag.
