Als Woonconsulent ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf richting de klant. Je begeleidt particuliere opdrachtgevers tijdens het hele bouwproces, van de eerste kennismaking tot en met de oplevering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun woning laten bouwen of verbouwen en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gedurende het hele traject goed geïnformeerd en gehoord voelen. Je vertaalt wensen en eisen naar haalbare plannen, stemt af met de uitvoerders en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het project. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten en signaleer je tijdig eventuele knelpunten. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van klanten tijdens het gehele bouwproces, van intake tot oplevering; - Vertalen van klantwensen naar technische specificaties en haalbare plannen; - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers over planning en uitvoering; - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de projecten; - Fungeren als schakel tussen klant en bouwteam; - Adviseren over materialen, afwerkingen en duurzame oplossingen; - Organiseren van bouwvergaderingen en oplevermomenten.

Je krijgt volop de ruimte om je eigen werkwijze te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over verbeteringen in het klantcontact. Het bedrijf hecht veel waarde aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling, dus je krijgt de mogelijkheid om cursussen en trainingen te volgen op het gebied van klantbegeleiding, duurzaam bouwen of projectmanagement. Doorgroeien naar een rol als senior woonconsulent of projectleider behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van gedreven professionals die elkaar ondersteunen en van elkaar leren.
