Je speelt een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en het vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je zorgt voor naleving van onderhoudsprocessen en het gebruik van de meest effectieve technologieën binnen het team. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als Maintenance Werkproces Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, implementeren en verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze processen efficiënt, uniform en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden toegepast binnen de teams. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en global teams. Je ondersteunt en coacht medewerkers in het correct toepassen van werkprocessen en draagt bij aan continue verbetering, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties. Daarnaast zorg je voor inzicht en transparantie in de prestaties van het onderhoud door het opzetten van meetmethoden en dashboards. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: • naleving en implementatie van onderhoudswerkprocessen • verzorgen van trainingen werkproces en bijbehorende tools • opzetten, bijhouden en analyseren van prestatie indicatoren • faciliteren van verschillende rol of discipline gedreven interne netwerken; Dit alles doe je volgens de geldende procedures binnen Yara Sluiskil en de zogenoemde Yara-waarden (Nieuwsgierigheid, Ambitie, Samenwerken & Verantwoordelijkheid).
