Wij werken samen met verschillende sterke en groeiende bedrijven in uiteenlopende sectoren in de regio van Vlaams-Brabant. Voor onze klanten zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar ambitieuze Young Graduates die hun eerste stappen binnen Sales willen zetten.

Of je nu interesse hebt in FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, IT, Healthcare, Business Services of een andere commerciële omgeving, we bekijken samen welke functie en sector het beste bij jou passen.

Je start in een commerciële functie en krijgt de kans om via een intensief opleidingstraject uit te groeien tot een sterke salesprofessional.

Jobomschrijving

Afhankelijk van het bedrijf en de functie start je als Junior Sales, Inside Sales, Business Developer, Account Executive of Sales Representative.

Tijdens je eerste maanden word je intensief begeleid en leer je onder andere:

  • Hoe je nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten identificeert.
  • Hoe je prospecteert en commerciële gesprekken voert.
  • Hoe je klantrelaties opbouwt en onderhoudt.
  • Hoe je behoeften van klanten detecteert en commerciële oplossingen voorstelt.
  • Hoe je onderhandelt en deals succesvol afsluit.
  • Hoe je een klantenportefeuille beheert.
  • Hoe je commerciële doelstellingen behaalt en je eigen resultaten opvolgt.

Naargelang je ervaring en ontwikkeling krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien binnen Sales

Voor verschillende van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar Young Graduates met commerciële goesting.

  • Je bent recent afgestudeerd met een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt interesse in sales, business development en klantencontact.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigt mensen op een natuurlijke manier.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het behalen van doelstellingen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en staat open om nieuwe sectoren en markten te ontdekken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is voor sommige functies een plus.
  • Ervaring is absoluut geen must: jouw mindset, motivatie en commerciële drive zijn voor ons het belangrijkste.
