* abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau, Studium von Vorteil

* erste Berufserfahrung vorausgesetzt - vorzugsweise im Bereich Versicherungswirtschaft/Finanzdienstleistung

* Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* hohe soziale Kompetenz und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* organisatorisches Geschick, Bereitschaft zur Führungsverantwortung

* Leidenschaft für Verkauf

* in 24 Monaten absolvieren Sie ein Top-Trainee Programm

* Sie lernen die Tätigkeit des Außendienstes ebenso wie die Funktion in der Führung kennen
