The posting

Op onze campus hebben we verschillende lesblokken, een internaat, een technische blok en een grote sporthal die we in prima staat willen houden voor onze leerlingen en verenigingen.

Wil jij een handje helpen om voor de leerlingen een aangename veilige leerplek te creëren?

Misschien heb je niet de jarenlange ervaring maar beschik je wel over een grote portie energie en goesting? Dan ben jij misschien wel de geschikte collega om onze technische dienst te versterken.

Deze dienst is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de gebouwen en het schooldomein, specifiek voor deze functie in de sporthal.

Je staat in voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van sportreservaties. Je houdt toezicht op de sportbeoefening in het sportcentrum (binnen en buiten) en op het respecteren van regels. Je verzorgt de schoonmaak van de sportinfrastructuur. Je bent technisch voldoende onderlegd om kleine herstellingen aan infrastructuur en sportmateriaal uit te voeren. Je signaleert onregelmatigheden, defecten en klachten. Buiten het sportseizoen word je mogelijks ingeschakeld voor andere onderhoudstaken.

Specifiek zaalwachter

· Opent en sluit het gebouw, controleert of alle ramen en deuren gesloten zijn en de lichten gedoofd

· Opvolging van sportreservaties

· Planning van kleedkamers op het Tv-scherm plaatsen

· Toezicht houden op de sportbeoefening in het sportcentrum (binnen en buiten)

· Toezicht op het respecteren van de regels door sporters en bezoekers

· Beheer van toegangsbatches kleedkamers

· De betrokken stadsdienst informeren over klachten, afwijkingen, problemen en beschadigingen

· Je verzorgt de schoonmaak (borstelen, poetsen, kuisen met machine) van de sportinfrastructuur:

· Je geeft bestellingen kuisproducten door aan de financiële dienst

· Je bent technisch voldoende onderlegd om kleine herstellingen aan infrastructuur zoals verfwerken, losgekomen scharnieren en sportmateriaal uit te voeren

· Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden

Je bent een zorgzame kracht en flexibel. Avond- en weekendwerk schrikt jou niet af. Verder ben je sportminded, klantvriendelijk en kan omgaan met conflictsituaties. Je werkt zelfstandig met zin voor orde, veiligheid en hygiëne. We zoeken iemand met een hart en passie voor veilige, nette schoolgebouwen en omgeving; iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Omdat je werkt in ploegverband zoeken we een teamplayer, iemand die graag en goed met anderen samen werkt. Je kan voldoende communiceren in het Nederlands.
