Voor de uitbreiding van ons team binnen de financiële dienstverlening zoeken we gemotiveerde kandidaten die zich willen ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig financieel adviseur.

Als financieel adviseur begeleid je, na het doorlopen van de nodige opleidingen en binnen je wettelijke bevoegdheden, particulieren en zelfstandigen bij het verkrijgen van inzicht in hun financiële situatie en toekomstplanning.

Wat houdt jouw activiteit in?

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een eigen klantenbestand.
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van kennismakingsgesprekken en financiële analyses.
  • In kaart brengen van financiële behoeften en persoonlijke doelstellingen.
  • Verdiepen van je kennis rond verzekeringen, financiële bescherming, vermogensopbouw en toekomstplanning.
  • Volgen van interne opleidingen en praktijkgerichte begeleiding.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Je hoeft niet over financiële ervaring te beschikken. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om de nodige kennis op te bouwen en de vereiste certificaten te behalen om, mits het voldoen aan alle wettelijke voorwaarden, als erkend subagent actief te worden.

Deze functie wordt uitgeoefend op zelfstandige basis en kan, afhankelijk van de samenwerkingsvoorwaarden, gecombineerd worden met een ander hoofdberoep.

We zoeken gemotiveerde mensen met een ondernemende ingesteldheid en interesse in de financiële sector.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten.
  • Je bent ondernemend, leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt interesse in financiële dienstverlening en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent bereid actief een eigen klantenbestand op te bouwen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je staat open voor interne opleidingen en professionele certificering.
  • Je bent bereid te voldoen aan de wettelijke voorwaarden die gelden voor financiële tussenpersonen.

Ervaring in sales, klantadvies, ondernemerschap of financiën is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Zowel kandidaten die een bijberoep willen uitbouwen als personen die zelfstandig in hoofdberoep willen starten, komen in aanmerking.
