Over ons Ming & Ming B.V. is een Aziatisch restaurant in Houten. Wij werken met verse ingrediënten en bieden onze gasten een combinatie van traditionele en moderne gerechten.

Ter versterking van het keukenteam zijn wij op zoek naar Zelfstandig werkend kok I.

Functieomschrijving In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de keuken en het zelfstandig bereiden van gerechten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitsnormen.

Werkzaamheden:

- ingrediënten worden zelf voorbereid

- toepassing van basis-kooktechnieken

- levert input t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijziging van menus, kaart en methoden

- verantwoordelijk voor voorraad- en bestelbeheer

- vaktechnisch aansturen van hulpkracht(en)

Belangrijk:

U moet komt uit Nederland, de EU, binnen de EER of uit Zwitserland en heeft toestemming om hier in Nederland te werken--Wij verstrekken geen werkvisa

· Het restaurant is gevestigd aan de Het Rond 130, 3995DP Houten,NLD

-Een marktconform salaris tussen €2.510,- en €3.050,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden)
