The posting

Udea is een groothandel in biologische levensmiddelen, natuurlijke drogisterijproducten en duurzame non-food. Daarnaast heeft Udea de biologische supermarktketen Ekoplaza en de formule Marqt. Zij richt zich op de Benelux en levert aan biologisch specialisten en foodservice.

In onze keuken maken we de lekkerste biologische maaltijden en soepen! Dit alles doen we niet alleen. Wij werken uitsluitend met de mooiste ingrediënten van onze partners; vissers, telers, bakkers, kaasmakers en veehouders. We zijn succesvol in de Nederlandse en Belgische bio speciaalzaken en hebben de ambitie dat succes verder uit te bouwen. Dat doen we met een team van circa 15 gepassioneerde collega’s die dagelijks de lekkerste producten bereiden en verpakken.

Voor onze keuken zijn wij daarom op zoek naar een Zelfstandig Werkend Kok (Fulltime)

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie zorg je voor de (voor)bereiding van al het culinair volgens vaste instructies m.b.t. ingrediënten, recepturen en werkmethoden. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de (hulp)koks en medewerkers in alle dagelijks uit te voeren taken.

Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee in het optimaliseren van processen binnen de keuken. Daarnaast zorg je voor de voorbereiding van gerechten, beoordeel je de kwaliteit van producten en ingrediënten en zorg je ervoor dat onze gerechten volgens vaste recepturen geproduceerd worden.

Tijdens je werk ben je alert op HACCP, veiligheid, instructies rondom recepten en de bijbehorende planning ervan. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Dit betekent dat je (tussentijdse) kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert.

In deze rol rapporteer je aan de chef-kok.

Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO koksopleiding Niveau 2 of 3;

- Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 jaar ervaring binnen een (productie) keuken;

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;

- Je hebt kennis van de HACCP wetgeving;

- Je bent communicatief vaardig en vindt het
