Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die er voor wil zorgen dat onze gasten een geweldige ervaring beleven. Als zelfstandig werkend kok ondersteun je de Chef de Parti bij alle voorbereidende en uitvoerende werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de keukenactiviteiten.Hotel Des Indes is een prachtig vijfsterrenhotel in het hartje van Den Haag. Met haar rijke geschiedenis en monumentaal pand pronkt het hotel al meer dan 140 jaar aan de Lange Voorhout. Gasten staan centraal binnen Hotel Des Indes en als een groot team zullen we alles doen om de verwachtingen van onze gasten te overtreffen. In 2024 ontvingen wij onze Green Key Gold certificering, wat ons duurzame karakter uitlicht bij onze gasten en personeel.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Het (voor-)bereiden van culinair hoogwaardige gerechten uit verse ingrediënten; • Het op peil houden van de misse en place tijdens gebruikstijden, door het verrichten van aanvoer- en bewerkingstaken; • Het doorgeef gereed maken van borden, schotels etc. door het uitvoeren van à la minute kookwerkzaamheden het portioneren en garneren van gerechten en controleren van de presentatie volgens recept (Portion Control); • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van gerechten door het controleren van de grondstoffen op versheid, afwijkingen e.d.; • Het werken op een hygiënische manier in de keuken volgens de HACCP regelgeving; • Zorgdragen voor juiste opslag en verwerking van de diverse producten • Verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van de gerechten volgens de presentatienormen en het volgen van de recepten • Het op verzoek bereiden van de à la carte gerechten en personeelsmaaltijden • Ervoor zorgen dat eventuele verwachte tekorten tijdig aan de Chef de Parti worden doorgegevenVoor deze func
