Voor deze unieke locatie in Kerkrade, tegenover het Parkstad Limburg Stadion, zoeken wij 4 zelfstandige koks die ons keukenteam wil komen versterken. Wij bieden jou een professionele werkomgeving met een goede sfeer die gekoppeld is aan ons trendy concept.

Wat neem je mee als kok?

1. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit het verrichten van voorbereidende werkzaamheden waaronder het wassen van groenten, snijden en fileren van zalm, het snijden van lamskotelet en rundvlees voor het maken van verschillende gerechten met een keukenteam dat bestaat uit ongeveer 10 collega's met aan het hoofd de chefkok.

2. Bereiden en maken van gerechten en het uitvoeren van tussentijdse kwaliteit- en hygiëne controles.

3. Gereed maken en controleren van gerechten voor uitgifte waarna de bedieningsmedewerkers deze kunnen overnemen voor het plaatsen bij warmhoud rechaud.

4. Plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bestellen van voedingsmiddelen en andere voorraad aanvullingen bij vaste leveranciers en controleren van bestelde voedingsmiddelen.

5. Toezien op de werkzaamheden van de hulpkracht(en), geven van aanwijzingen en instructies.

6. Dagelijks voor sluiting, het schoonmaken van de eigen werkomgeving, keukenapparatuur en -machines en het assisteren van de eventueel aanwezige keukenhulp bij het geheel schoonmaken van de keuken als het opslaan van geleverde goederen.

7. Een goede teamspeler die zich flexibel opstelt en beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden.

8. Bijdragen aan kwaliteit en optimalisatie en aanpassing van menukaarten als het uitwerken van receptuur en bereidingsinstructies.

Gewenste functie eisen zijn MBO-3 of vergelijkbare opleiding met kennis van basis kooktechniek.
