Der Bereich Schmiedelinie sucht für den Betrieb Mechanische Werkstätte / EHM ab November 2026: 1 Zerspanungstechniker/in

Die Kernkompetenz des Betriebes "Mechnische Werkstätte & ZFP" (EHM) liegt in der mechanischen Bearbeitung und zerstörungsfreien Prüfung von Edelstahl und in der Bearbeitung von Proben für die mechanisch- technische Erprobung. Bearbeitet und geprüft wird geschmiedeter oder gewalzter Edelstahl aus dem mittels CAD/CAM programmierten CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen kund_innenspezifische Komponenten gefertigt werden. Das Team in der Instandhaltung umfasst vier Personen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mit und ohne CNC-Programme inklusive Kennzeichnung und Reinigung der Werkstücke

* Maßliche Überprüfung der Werkstücke während und nach der Bearbeitung

* Durchführung der notwendigen Dokumentation, wie z.B. Begleitpapiere und Maßprotokolle

* Wartung und Reinigung der Maschinen sowie, falls erforderlich, das Einstellen der Werkzeuge und Anpassen der CNC-Programme

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik oder in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf

* Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit bzw. Überstunden

* Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Vergütung

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 2.947,89 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig und bewegt sich für die ausgeschriebene Stelle inkl. Zulagen und Zuschläge üblicherweise im Bereich von € 4.039,79 brutto bis € 4.318,23 brutto pro Monat.
