Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als schilder te hebben. Met de juiste motivatie en inzet krijg je de kans om het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk te leren. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en leert onder andere: - Ondergronden reinigen en voorbereiden; - Schuren, plamuren en gronden; - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk uitvoeren; - Kozijnen, deuren, wanden en plafonds schilderen; - Werken met verschillende verfsoorten en materialen; - Klein herstelwerk en houtrotreparaties; - Netjes en veilig werken; - Een project professioneel opleveren. Je begint met de basis en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je jezelf ontwikkelt. Een mooie kans om vanuit een andere sector over te stappen naar een vak met toekomst. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.440, dat kan oplopen tot € 3.963 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast contract; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders; - Twee trainingen of cursussen per jaar, bijvoorbeeld glaszetten, houtrot of VCA; - Deelname aan het Faber spaarprogramma voor leuke cadeaus en uitjes; - Een jaarlijkse zomer- en winterborrel; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en oprechte aandacht; - Een leerwerkplek waar je het schildersvak in de praktijk kunt leren; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak.
