Als zorgbeveiliger in de nachtdienst op de High Intensive Care (HIC) ben jij een onmisbare schakel. Samen met je nachtcollega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en de veiligheid van onze patiënten én je team. Je observeert scherp, signaleert vroegtijdig spanningen en weet als geen ander hoe je verbaal de-escalerend moet optreden. En als het écht niet anders kan? Dan sta je er fysiek. Midden in de nachtelijke dynamiek van de acute psychiatrie zorg jíj voor een veilige haven. Waar ga je werken? Op de HIC richten we ons op kortdurende, intensieve behandelingen voor patiënten in een acute psychiatrische crisis. Ons belangrijkste uitgangspunt? Het zo min mogelijk inzetten van dwang en drang, met maximale aandacht voor de patiënt en diens naasten. - Samen sterk op de HIC: De afdeling heeft plek voor 21 patiënten die acute zorg nodig hebben. Je staat er nooit alleen voor; je werkt altijd in teamverband om de best mogelijke, passende zorg en veiligheid te bieden. - Intensieve samenwerking: Het totale team bestaat uit ongeveer 55 betrokken collega's. Binnen dit hechte, multidisciplinaire behandelteam werk je nauw samen met regiebehandelaren, verpleegkundigen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. - De sfeer op de afdeling: Onze dynamiek laat zich het best omschrijven door de kernwoorden doorpakken, laagdrempelige communicatie, plezier en daadkracht .
