Als zorgkundige bij WZC Vinkenbosch werk je in een woonzorgcentrum waar warme, persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich veilig, comfortabel en gerespecteerd voelen. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en collega-zorgkundigen en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensband op met bewoners en hun familie. Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid maak je elke dag zichtbaar verschil.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken;
  • opvolgen van parameters volgens de richtlijnen van de verpleegkundigen;
  • observeren van fysieke en psychische veranderingen en deze rapporteren;
  • instaan voor de dagelijkse lichaamsverzorging en hygiëne;
  • bieden van comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;
  • assisteren bij de inname van orale medicatie;
  • uitvoeren van beperkte administratieve en huishoudelijke taken;
  • waken over orde, netheid en het algemeen comfort van de bewoners.

Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan warme, persoonsgerichte zorg door bewoners te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse leven. Je voert gedelegeerde verzorgende taken uit, volgt parameters op volgens richtlijnen en rapporteert fysieke en psychische veranderingen. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor comfort, veiligheid en respect voor elke bewoner. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten empathisch, verantwoordelijk en collegiaal binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je intens samenwerkt en bewoners dagelijks ondersteunt.

Verder vragen wij

  • beschikken over een diploma en visum van zorgkundige;
  • ervaring in de ouderenzorg vormt een pluspunt;
  • instructies van verpleegkundigen correct kunnen opvolgen;
  • beschikken over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
