Als zorgkundige huisvader/huismoeder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks ondersteunen en verzorgen van onze bewoners binnen WZC Berkenhof. Je combineert zorgkundige taken met een warme huisvader- of huismoederrol, waarbij je mee zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer en een aangename leefomgeving voor onze bewoners.

Dit betekent dat je bewoners ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en actief aanwezig bent op de afdeling, met aandacht voor hun fysieke én psychische welzijn. Je combineert jouw zorgkundige achtergrond met een warme huisvader- of huismoederrol waarin nabijheid, ondersteuning en een huiselijke sfeer centraal staan.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • ondersteuning bieden bij dagelijkse activiteiten en comfortzorg;
  • observaties rond het welzijn van bewoners bespreken binnen het team;
  • hulp aanbieden tijdens maaltijden, ontbijt en andere dagelijkse momenten;
  • mee zorgen voor een warme en huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling;
  • begeleiden van activiteiten en animatiemomenten voor bewoners;
  • huishoudelijke ondersteuning binnen de leefomgeving van bewoners;
  • bijdragen aan orde, netheid en praktische ondersteuning op de afdeling;
  • permanente aanwezigheid en nabijheid bieden aan bewoners.

Als zorgkundige huisvader/huismoeder draag je bij aan het dagelijks ondersteunen en verzorgen van onze bewoners binnen WZC Berkenhof. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een warme, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich gerespecteerd en gehoord voelen.

Empathie, samenwerkingsgerichtheid en stressbestendigheid zijn belangrijke kwaliteiten binnen deze functie. Een persoonsgerichte aanpak, flexibiliteit en vlotte samenwerking met collega’s zorgen mee voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg.

Verder vragen wij

  • een diploma en visum van zorgkundige;
  • een hart voor ouderenzorg en het creëren van een huiselijke sfeer;
  • een eerste ervaring in een woonzorgcentrum is een pluspunt;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;
  • bereidheid om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken;
  • Affiniteit hebben met groepsactiviteit.
