Als zorgkundige bij WZC Seniorenhof werk je in een kleinschalige, familiale omgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent. Je krijgt vertrouwen, inspraak in je planning en waardering voor jouw inzet. Je bouwt een sterke zorgrelatie op met bewoners en draagt bij aan een warme, veilige leefomgeving.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • instaan voor dagelijkse verzorging en hygiëne;
  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken;
  • observeren en rapporteren over veranderingen in welzijn;
  • ondersteunen bij maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • helpen bij medicatie volgens richtlijnen;
  • waken over comfort en een aangename leefomgeving.

Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan dagelijkse verzorging, comfort en ondersteuning bij ADL in een kleinschalige, familiale omgeving. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor vertrouwen, veiligheid en een warme leefomgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten warmte, betrouwbaarheid en teamspirit centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je dichtbij bewoners werkt en samen het verschil maakt in kleine momenten.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring: niet vereist;
  • basis in observeren/rapporteren en ondersteunen bij medicatie binnen kader;
  • goede kennis Nederlands;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid.
