Als voltijds zorgkundige in WZC ’t Hoge maak je elke dag een waardevol verschil in het leven van de bewoners. Samen met een hecht en betrokken team creëer je een warme, veilige en huiselijke omgeving waar persoonlijke zorg centraal staat. Dankzij jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid leren bewoners op jou vertrouwen en krijgen ze de zorg die aansluit bij hun noden, gewoontes en wensen.

Je dagelijkse taken:

  • Instaan voor de dagelijkse verzorging, hygiëne en comfort van de bewoners.
  • Ondersteunen bij maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven.
  • Uitvoeren van gedelegeerde zorgtaken volgens de gemaakte teamafspraken.
  • Observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de fysieke en psychische gezondheid.
  • Helpen bij medicatie-inname binnen de geldende afspraken en procedures.
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, veilige en huiselijke leefomgeving.

Als voltijds zorgkundige in WZC ’t Hoge draag je bij aan het dagelijkse comfort en welzijn van bewoners door hen te ondersteunen bij hygiëne, maaltijden en activiteiten. Je voert gedelegeerde zorgtaken uit, observeert fysieke en psychische veranderingen en helpt bij medicatie-inname binnen het afgesproken kader. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een veilige en huiselijke afdeling. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten verantwoordelijk, betrokken en flexibel binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je continu inspeelt op veranderende zorgsituaties en samenwerkt binnen een team.

Wij vragen

  • je beschikt over een diploma en visum van zorgkundige;
  • ervaring in ouderenzorg is een plus;
  • je kan werken volgens teamafspraken en zorgprocedures;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal
