Bij Optisport zijn we op zoek naar een Zwemheld of Zwemheldin die ons team komt versterken. Als Zweminstructeur ben jij niet zomaar een lesgever; je bent de gids die kinderen meeneemt op een spannende ontdekkingsreis door het water volgens ons unieke zwemlesprogramma. In deze rol ben jij de avonturier die niet alleen technische vaardigheden aanleert, maar vooral een veilige en stimulerende omgeving creëert waarin kinderen zich op hun gemak voelen om te leren zwemmen. Je bouwt een sterke band op met jouw zwemleerlingen en geeft hen de tools om zelfverzekerd en met plezier het water te trotseren. Als mentor, vriend, en architect van onvergetelijke zwemavonturen sta jij in het middelpunt. Je onderhoudt goede relaties met de ouders of verzorgers, waarbij openheid en het delen van successen cruciaal zijn voor een soepele duik in het zwemplezier. Maar dat is nog niet alles! Naast het geven van zwemlessen houd je ook toezicht, waarbij de veiligheid van al onze gasten voorop staat. Als bewaker van het zwemplezier zorg je ervoor dat iedereen veilig kan genieten van het water. Als de held(in) van ons zwemparadijs draag je ook zorg voor een opgeruimde en schone omgeving voor al onze gasten. Ons aanbod - Bruto maandloon tussen de €2.694,59 en €2.999,84 (o.b.v. 38 uur & afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring) conform de zwembaden cao; - Je hebt TOFfe collega's die niets liever doen dan samenwerken, in oplossingen denken en vooral veel fun willen hebben; - Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen en buiten je vakgebied via de Optisport Academy.
