Zwemleraar Jij vindt zwemlessen voor kinderen heel belangrijk en wilt kinderen helpen deze vaardigheid te ontwikkelen. Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gekwalificeerde zweminstructeur om ons team te versterken.

Functieomschrijving:

Als zwemleraar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van zwemlessen aan kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. Je geeft groepslessen van maximaal 8 kinderen, waarbij je zorgt voor een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving. Naast het aanleren van zwemtechnieken, besteed je aandacht aan waterveiligheid en plezier in het water. Je houdt de voortgang van de kinderen bij en past je lesmethoden aan om aan hun individuele behoeften te voldoen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Het geven van zwemlessen aan verschillende niveaus en leeftijden

- Zorgen voor een veilige zwemomgeving en toezicht houden op de kinderen

- Stimuleren van de kinderen en hun zelfvertrouwen vergroten

- Bijhouden van de voortgang van de kinderen en communiceren met ouders/verzorgers via kantoor, maar indien nodig ook zelfstandig

- Samenwerken met collega's om de kwaliteit van de zwemlessen te waarborgen

Functievereisten:

- Diploma Zweminstructeur (bijvoorbeeld NPZ-NRZ, ENVOZ of vergelijkbaar)

- EHBO- en reanimatiecertificering is een pré

- VOG verklaring verplicht

- Ervaring met het geven van zwemlessen aan diverse doelgroepen

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om een positieve en motiverende sfeer te creëren

- Flexibiliteit in werktijden met name avonden (+ tot 19.30u) en weekenden

- Teamspeler met een proactieve houding
