The posting

Wij zijn dé specialist in deeg- en pizzaproducten voor de Europese foodservicemarkt, met klanten zoals New York Pizza en andere nationale en internationale bedrijven. Voor ons team in Amstelveen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Business Support medewerker.

Wat ga je doen? Als Business Support Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel worden opgepakt, orders correct worden verwerkt en klanten uitstekend worden geholpen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe klanten bij hun eerste bestellingen en het gebruik van het systeem.
  • Verwerken en beheren van orders in Exact.
  • Bewaken van het volledige orderproces, van bestelling tot facturatie en aftersales.
  • Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van klachten en klantvragen.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over commerciële acties en mogelijkheden.
  • Controleren, verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan een efficiënte werkwijze.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt continu tussen klantcontact, administratie en procesbewaking en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare Customer Service / Customer Succes / Business Support rol.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je bent klantgericht, neemt initiatief en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je hebt kennis van MS Office. Kennis van Exact is een pré.

  • Een salaris dat afhankelijk is van jouw ervaring tussen de €2.800 en €3200 per maand (op basis van een fulltime 40-urige werkweek).
