Voor Euro Pizza Products zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain & Business Systems Specialist. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze supply chain soepel draait en dat de systemen en processen die hieraan ten grondslag liggen optimaal functioneren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Supply Chain & Business Systems Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat onze supply chain betrouwbaar, efficiënt en schaalbaar blijft. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen planning, operations, commercie, ICT, leveranciers en logistieke partners. Je zorgt dat vraag, productie, voorraad en inkoop optimaal op elkaar aansluiten en gebruikt data, analyses en systemen om de organisatie continu te verbeteren.

Met jouw analytische blik, projectvaardigheden en systeemkennis signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden en zet je deze om in concrete verbeter- en implementatieprojecten. Je ontwikkelt onze ERP‑ en planningssystemen verder door zodat collega’s kunnen vertrouwen op actuele, volledige en juiste informatie. Door het combineren van operationele planning, data-analyse, procesoptimalisatie en ICT‑coördinatie draag je direct bij aan een toekomstbestendige supply chain die meegroeit met onze ambities.

De werkzaamheden bestaan uit een mix van Supply Chain, Business Systems en de verbinding tussen beide disciplines:

Supply Chain:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van forecasts, productie-, voorraad- en inkoopplanningen.
  • Bewaken van voorraadniveaus en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Analyseren van supply chain prestaties, KPI's en processen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en actualiteit van stamdata.

Supply Chain & Business Systems:

  • Initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeter- en implementatieprojecten.
  • Optimaliseren van ERP-, plannings- en andere bedrijfssystemen.

Business Systems:

  • Coördineren van software-implementaties, upgrades en systeemverbeteringen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, logistieke partners en externe ICT-partijen.
  • Ontwikkelen van rapportages en dashboards voor management en operatie.
  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij systeemvraagstukken en procesverbeteringen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring binnen supply chain, planning, logistiek of operations.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen, data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken en verandermanagement.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een datagedreven mindset.
  • Operationeel sterk , werkt gestructureerd en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in verbeteringen.
  • Ervaring en affiniteit met ICT-systemen en automatiseringsvraagstukken.
  • Beschikbaar voor 36-40 uur per week.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in Nederlands als Engels.

  • Een salaris dat afhankelijk is van jouw ervaring tussen de €4.000 en €5.500 per maand (op basis van een fulltime 40-urige werkweek).
