Objectif du poste:

Nous recherchons un Credit Controller pour gérer les créances impayées, assurer la gestion financière associée et informer la direction des problèmes éventuels liés aux clients débiteurs. L’objectif est de réduire au minimum la durée et le montant des créances en souffrance.

Responsabilités:

  • Gestion des débiteurs : Vous réduisez les créances impayées en validant ou en refusant les commandes en fonction du solde impayé et en relançant les débiteurs ; vous gérez également l'assurance-crédit et collectez, si nécessaire, des informations financières.
  • Gestion financière : Vous assurez la gestion financière des créances impayées, effectuez les rapprochements bancaires et enregistrez les chèques, et fournissez, sur demande, les pièces justificatives nécessaires aux services internes ou aux clients.
  • Informations de gestion : Vous établissez en temps utile les rapports financiers et le fichier hebdomadaire des prélèvements automatiques, et vous informez la direction des soldes impayés et des risques potentiels afin de faciliter la prise de décision.

Compétences & Qualifications

Vous faites preuve d'excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation en définissant clairement les priorités, en anticipant les tâches et en adaptant le planning afin de respecter les délais tout en optimisant les ressources. Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement des projets en mesurant les progrès à l'aide d'indicateurs pertinents, en identifiant rapidement les écarts et en prenant des mesures correctives efficaces. Grâce à votre esprit d'analyse, vous examinez méthodiquement les données et les situations afin d'identifier les causes et les tendances, et vous traduisez vos conclusions en recommandations opérationnelles et bien fondées.

Connaissances et Expériences

  • Diplôme en finance ou expérience équivalente
  • Excellente connaissance du français et bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais
  • La connaissance de SAP est un atout.
